Textbook Adoptions

Please log in to fill out the Textbook Adoption Form. Once you have logged in please click on the 'Textbook Adoptions Form' link in order to complete the form.

Click on the 'Submit Adoptions' button once you have finished filling out the form. A confirmation of the order will be sent to your email address as entered. Please reply to that email verifying that we have received the information accurately.
